Oolongtea  is flavorful with dark leaves and multipleinfusions so you can enjoy this long lasting delicious tea. It isvery famous in the worldwide

Oolong is a traditional Chinesetea (Camellia sinensis) somewhere between green and black inoxidation. It ranges from 10% to 70% oxidation. It is among the mostpopular types of teas served in typical Chineserestaurants.

In Chinesetea culture, semi-oxidised oolong teas are collectivelygrouped (Chinese: ; literally "clear tea"). Oolong has a tastemore akin to green tea than to black tea: it has neither the rosy, sweet aroma of black tea nor the stridently grassy vegetal notesthat typify green tea. It is commonly brewed to be strong, with thebitterness leaving a sweet aftertaste. Several subvarieties ofoolong, including those produced in the Wuyi Mountains of northernFujian and in the central mountains of Taiwan, are among the mostfamous Chinese teas.

Oolong tealeaves are processed in two different ways. Some teas are rolledinto long curly leaves, while some are pressed into a ball-likeform similar to gunpowder tea.[1] The former method of processingis the older of the two.

The nameoolong tea comes into the English language from the Chinese namewhich is pronounced as O·-liông tê in the Min Nan spoken variant. The Chinese name means "black dragon tea".
